Background and Qualifications
Amanda Brown is a co-founder and director of Elevating Success, a training and mentoring company. Her project management and teaching experience has been gained across the education and leisure industries where she has spent 10 years working.
A multi-skilled individual with a degree in Business Administration, she has a distinct aptitude for inspiring and motivating people to reach their full potential. She has provided specialist exercise consultation for individuals referred by GPs; who were recovering from mild to severe medical conditions enabling them to make long term lifestyle changes.
Amanda has run motivational courses for women returning to work and has worked with young people aged 16+ empowering them to develop the skills needed to enter into employment, education or training. She has provided 1-1 support for individual clients who have needed to develop their literacy and numeracy skills.
Amanda's past and current clients are London Borough of Croydon, London East Connexions, Croydon Supplementary Education Project, Pathfinders Inspirational Croydon Community Project, 2XL Training and Lewisham Youth Services.
Approach & Style
Amanda's experience and professional ability enables her to work confidently and successfully with people from different communities, backgrounds and ages. Her firm belief is that every individual is capable of elevating themselves by developing sound life-skills as a platform from which they can succeed.
