Background and Qualifications
Andy Knibbs is an experienced Business and Sports Coach with over 20 years experience in both the private and public sector.
Andy has an MSc in Counselling Psychology and for a short while in the late 90's he spent time working as a Psychologist within the NHS. More recently, he has trained and worked alongside some of the leading International Coaches delivering coaching workshops within sport and the Ministry. His experience gained in both posts from learning more about human behaviour and communication skills has proved invaluable to his coaching practice.

Andy offers an inspiring, fun and informative approach to his work by using sport as a medium through which to demonstrate the effectiveness of adopting a coaching style in Business.
Andy places special emphasis on recognising that within each of us there is an enormous wealth of untapped potential which when discovered, leads to increased levels of learning and performance.
