Shine P&P (SPP) was set up in 2004 having identified a gap in the market for the provision of management training coupled with coach/mentoring, especially for people in middle management / supervisory roles. Since its inception Shine has been promoting the value of coach/mentoring as an effective, low-cost and flexible business tool that taps into the existing human resources of any organisation. - Training mentors both at a certified (ILM) level or non certified level and inducting mentees
- Train the trainer
- Troubleshooting existing mentoring programmes
- Promoting the use of mentoring software and mentoring platforms to simplify their running
- Management training (both soft and hard skills)

- Employees' Engagement
