Shine Awards 2010 - Shortlist Announced
The awards ceremony for the Shine Awards will take place tomorrow, Thursday 21 January at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Knightsbridge. People 1st, the sector skills council for hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism is this year’s headline sponsor of the award.
Research from People 1st has shown that whilst nearly 60% of the hospitality workforce is women, only 6% are in senior roles. People 1st have sponsored the event as the Shine Awards aims to highlight and celebrate highly successful women in the sector and help other women take their careers to the next level.
