Our Mentoring Training Programmes are ILM certified
As ILM certified providers we run 2 programmes that can be customised to suit your company’s needs. In order to receive ILM certifications all courses need to run for a minimum of 10 hours. We can deliver these courses directly to you, avoiding time-wasting for you and your staff traveling outside the office.
We also recommend complementing management training with a mentoring programme as it allows learners to test the theories in practice - and keep testing them until they have developed a confident style of their own.
If ILM certification is not what you are looking for, we can also run shorter programmes or individual workshops to match your requirements.
