Background and Qualifications

Lois is an experienced trainer, coach and facilitator. During her sixteen years in the learning and development arena she has worked with a range of multi-national companies in a variety of sectors, and was previously a Training Manager for the travel company TUI UK. Since May 2005, she has been working as a freelance training consultant.

Lois is an accredited trainer of Situational Leadership, a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP and also accredited in the psychometric tools DiSC and Myers Briggs Type Indicators. Her key interests and strengths lie in the areas of management development, personal effectiveness and communication and behavioural skills.

Lois has designed and delivered management development training solutions for a wide range of organisations and her past and current clients include/have included: O2, GlaxoSmithKline, Severn Trent Water, Carlsberg UK, Comet, KCI International, MSB International, Wells and Young's Brewery, Reckitt Benckiser, Weetabix, Zurich International Solutions, TUI UK and the Intercontinental Hotel, Hyde Park, London.
