Gaby Marcon
Gaby is also a director of Shine People and Places which she co-founded in 2004.
I consider myself an experienced professional. I have used my many years' experience in Marketing/PR at the helm in the service industry to profitable use in my present role as director of Shine but also in my role of Business Consultant and Coach/Mentor.
Most of my time is spent either working with clients, investigating new products and ideas or devising the best communication strategy.
I am a qualified coach/mentor and associated to the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring. My business qualifications include a Master in Museum & Gallery Management. I write regularly for trade magazines such as TTG, Hospitality and Caterer & Hotelkeeper.
My trademark is my passion and enthusiasm in helping people become the best they can be. I enjoy instilling confidence in people and realize that while coach/mentoring may be a life changing experience for some, it may not be the preferred way for all, hence my flexible approach.
