What we do

Typical Programme

One mentoring programmes won't transform your company forever but it is the first step in building a coaching and mentoring culture.

After the pilot, most of our clients are keen to roll out programmes for the entire department and / or organisation.

There are 10 stages to a typical programme:

  1. Agree the objectives and achievable goals with the programme sponsor
  2. Set up the programme (from pilot to full roll out)
  3. Market the programme internally
  4. Select the mentees and mentors
  5. Train the mentors and induct the mentees
  6. Match mentors to mentees
  7. Provide management training for the mentees if required
  8. Monitor that the partnerships work and goals are being achieved
  9. Measure whether the programme is meeting objectives
  10. Support and grow the new mentoring and coaching culture with new ideas and programmes

An average mentoring programme costs between £1000 - £1500 per mentee/mentor partnership.

Most programmes take 4 to 6 weeks to get up and running and then run for 6 to 12 months.
