Background and Qualifications
Vivianne Naslund is a senior international consultant, facilitator and coach with extensive experience of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, change and diversity projects. She works for major multinationals throughout Europe - and more recently in the US and Asia.
Specialising in cross-cultural management Vivianne works with senior international managers in the areas of leadership development, team building, mentoring and coaching. She has been involved in a number of cross-border change and diversity projects, and worked as a facilitator for the Global Diversity Network, a group of senior diversity leaders from major global corporations such a BP, Shell, Deutsche Bank, Dow Chemicals, Unilever and Nokia. She has also acted as senior level advisor on cross-cultural leadership issues in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Previous career: senior manager in an innovative and fast-growing company, launching a new division for a FTSE 100 and 'Top Global 500' company - and founder of a start-up business she managed successfully for ten years.
Vivianne was born in Sweden and has worked/studied, on a long-term basis, in five European countries: Sweden, France, Switzerland, Britain and Germany. She has a British and German MBA. A Swedish national, she is resident in the UK and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
She is a certified ODR change management practitioner and is accredited in various 360 instruments as well as MBTI Step I and II, FIRO-B and CPI (California Psychological Inventory).
Vivianne consults in fluent English, Swedish and French as well as conversational German.
