Companies
Our clients operate in both the private and public sector. But you all have one thing in common: you rely on intellectual capital - your people are your key asset. The people you want are scarce. You want to make sure you attract the best. And you want them to stay with you.
Individuals
We also work with individuals.
Self-funders. These people approach us direct. They may be sole practitioners/entrepreneurs who want help on a one-to-one basis with a particular aspect of their management, soft skills or career development. We work with them to identify their particular needs and then we provide them with either a mentor or a coach.
Employer-sponsored. These people are sponsored by their employer. It may be that they are about to be promoted, re-deployed, or offered our mentoring and coaching services as part of a redundancy package. Whatever the reason, we work with them on a one-to-one basis and our work is confidential.
