Background and Qualifications
Suzanne leads trains and develops teams at all levels within multinational companies whilst advising and supporting their Managers and Directors. She also works with business owners, entrepreneurs, Olympic athletes and individuals coaching and mentoring on peak performance, all with ongoing results.
Along with Human Resources experience of 20 years primarily within the Hospitality and service sectors Suzanne's extensive coaching and mentoring expertise allows her to systematically drive change and delivery standards to reach and exceed desired outcomes.
Suzanne specialises in igniting people to take ownership, know their vision and to hold themselves to the highest standards. Using this unique approach along with structured HR methods and training programmes which incorporate the latest technologies she is able to get outstanding results.
Travelling internationally facilitating workshops on leadership and change management, coaching individuals and speaking to groups Suzanne has the opportunity to regularly works with and support other leaders in personal and professional improvement such as Anthony Robbins (www.anthonyrobbins.com) and Steve Linder (www.sricoaching.com) ensuring she is up to date with the latest technologies she also gets the benefit of a broad parameter of platforms to continuously hone her skills.

Approach & Style
Incorporating extensive experience, a degree in Business and a qualification as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming as well as Hypnotherapy Suzanne's approach is all encompassing; she recognises the prime importance of attaining results and the limiting patterns which can hinder individuals and therefore organisations in reaching their goals.
Her passion is moving people and organisations to achieve their desired outcomes by having a clear understanding of what it is they want and believing in and utilising the resources they have to easily achieve it.
